King Soopers Reward Program

​How to CONNECT your King Soopers account to the Golden High School Volleyball Boosters program:

 

What you need to do:

  1. Visit https://www.kingsoopers.com/topic/king-soopers-community-rewards and either create an account, if you don’t already have one, or simply log in.  Once you are logged in, you can enroll by either searching for GHS Volleyball Boosters by name or you can enter our specific code: MW892
     

  2. Tell your family and friends to help out the GHS Volleyball program by linking their King Soopers loyalty card to our program!

Accessing you contributions:

  1. Log in to your King Soopers account

  2.  Click on My Account

  3.  Click on Community Rewards

  4.  Your contributions will be noted at the bottom of the page

  5.  Take a screenshot of your contributions quarterly and email it to ghsvb.treas@gmail.com

    • Contributions are available at the end of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1).  

    • Contributions made through the July 1st 2021 quarter will be credited towards your 2021/2022 fees. 

    • Please make sure your friends and family also send proof of their contributions so that your account can be credited accordingly.

FAQs

As this is a new program for everyone, we anticipate that you will have questions.  Please feel free to reach out to me and I will do my best to find the answers.  In the meantime, here are a few answers to more commonly asked questions about the new program:

 

Why did it change?

King Soopers responded to feedback from its customers. This new program makes gift card reloads a thing of the past and it extends the rewards program to include Click List, delivery and Scan, Bag and Go.

 

Does GHS Volleyball still get 5% of my spending?

King Soopers no longer awards organizations 5% of what their members spend. They now dedicate a set $2.5 million per quarter ($10 million each year) to give back to participating organizations. That means we earn a portion of that $2.5 million pot each quarter and our portion will depend on our amount of spending compared to other organizations.

Can family members out-of-state enroll?

No. This only works within the State of Colorado. But, please enroll as many family members as you can that live locally! They all can help the volleyball program and you can earn more!

 

Do I still get Fuel Points?

Yes. Your King Soopers card will still earn Fuel Points as before. However, money spent on fuel will not be calculated into the rewards program. Please note, GHS Volleyball will not earn donations on fuel, alcohol, or cigarette purchases.
